All items should be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable) and labels intact.
Please complete the returns form that was sent with your receipt.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Earrings – non-refundable for hygiene reasons
- Skincare & body care items – if the product has been used or the seal has been broken, they are non-refundable
- Face masks / coverings – non-refundable for hygiene reasons
- Gift vouchers
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if the item has been worn.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow up 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days of receiving a refund notification, please first check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we suggest using a tracked service. We will not be responsible for missing items without proof of tracking.
